Full ESRB Committee meetings are currently held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 6:30 PM via Zoom.

Meeting Rules
ESRB meeting notifications will be posted in at least three locations in each town; the Town Office, the Post Office, at least one Local Store, the town Library, or other relevant location for resident access.
Public notification will include committee name and purpose, as well as the schedule of meetings.
Agendas to be posted online by the preceding Monday evening.
If there is a vote required, 8 town leads have voting authority.
If discussions on a topic continue for an extended time Town Leads or Chair will request to proceed or call for a motion to vote for closure of discussion so the agenda can move forward.
If there is time a request can be made from the floor for discussion of new business.
