Free Digital Literacy Workshop

Having fast new Internet is not very helpful if you don’t know how to use it. As part of our effort to increase local broadband speeds, we are also committed to helping less tech savvy residents participate in this important connection to the world. Please take advantage of the excellent FREE workshops coming to the Hobbs Library in the coming months, and pass this info on to friends who need it.

Virtual Meeting Monday 11/21

Eastern Slopes Regional Broadband welcomes all interested town members to join our committee meetings. Due to the holiday our 2nd meeting this month will be on Monday the 21th at 6:30 PM via Zoom. Typically the full committee meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month.

RFP Release

The ESRB Committee is soliciting proposals for the design and implementation of the hardware and electronics necessary to provide a robust and reliable broadband solution for the region as well as the ongoing management and maintenance of the entire network. The long-term goal of the project is to enable access to Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) services for every household in the region.

PUBLIC Meeting with Town Select Boards

OCTOBER 19, 2022. 6:00 PM. MOLLY OCKETT MIDDLE SCHOOL: 25 MOLLY OCKETT DRIVE FRYEBURG, ME 04037

Eastern Slopes Regional Broadband will be holding a public meeting to present information to the Select Board members from the following towns; Brownfield, Denmark, Fryeburg, Lovell, Stow, Stoneham and Sweden. The purpose of the meeting will be to update the Select Boards on progress thus far on the Collaborative Broadband Planning Process under the Memorandum of Agreement signed by each Town. Presentations will be conducted by Mission Broadband and Eastern Slope Regional Broadband Committee.
