The Request for Proposals posted or transmitted has an incorrect email for contacting ESRBroadband on page 7 of the RFP. The correct email is: RFP@ESRBroadband.org (incorrectly shown in the RFP as RFP@ESRBroadband.com).
This email address was only incorrect in one part of the RFP document, the website has always noted the address correctly.

The Request for Proposals posted or transmitted has an incorrect deadline for submittal of one digital and five hard copies of the Proposal on page 7 of the RFP. The correct deadline for submittal of proposals is: Tuesday, March 22, 2022, no later than 4:00 p.m. local time (as stated correctly on page 5 of the RFP).

The Eastern Slopes Regional Broadband Committee, comprised of the Towns of Brownfield, Denmark, Fryeburg, Lovell, Stoneham, Stow, and Sweden, Maine, and Chatham (TBD), New Hampshire, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to determine need, feasibility and justification for a broadband solution serving the residents of the Towns.

Our committee has been awarded a $72,000 planning grant for developing options to bring fast and affordable broadband internet service to our region!
In January the towns committed to a joint planning process. The ConnectME grant will help cover a substantial part of the costs of determining the best options for improving/providing broadband services for the region’s residents, businesses, and public facilities.
The coalition of towns formerly known as the MSAD 72 Broadband Committee has a new name, a shiny new logo, email, website… the whole package! Our volunteers are excited to continue working for the region to organize this important program.
